On The Top Roofing Services, LLC has been in business for over 18 years.  It was founded in Kellogg Idaho, maybe you are thinking of a breakfast cereal, but as for a roofer Kellogg is known for it’s snow. 

We relocated our business in 2015 to Medford, Oregon in the middle of Southern Oregon’s fire season. I am proud to say we are very much acclimated now to the beautiful and yet hot Jackson County seasons.

In the younger years of growing our business we had a large crew it was a good journey for our business as we developed many great relationships and learned many business skills.  Through this season of our business we found that we truly love being a small family-owned business. Why you may ask, we love being hands on with every project, and getting to know our clients and their family’s needs is an integral part of that. Cori Arnspiger our roofing specialist and founder of On The Top Roofing Services LLC. is involved with every job. We make it our priority to treat your roof as our own. Our mission is to make every roof we contract to be the best with the highest of workmanship. Cori has completed certifications, spent many many hours researching, and attended classes relating to roof ventilation, installation etc.… In his extensive research and actual work in the field Cori found that our decision to become a certified GAF contractor will help protect our clients, or should I say “our roofs for 50 years”, GAF’s warranty is a one-time transferable program, which makes it a great resale value to any home * and it is also non prorated.
